Tura, Nov 29: A Scooty and a Maruti Alto were involved into a head-on collision near the DC park in Tura on Wednesday evening.

Although no injuries were reported from either side, the scooty rider fled from the accident scene.

The accident, although minor, led to a traffic halt for some time.
