Shillong, Feb 29: Preparation for the upcoming Monolith Festival 2024 is on as the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) inspected the Khasi Heritage Village located near the famous sacred grove at Mawphlang village on Thursday.
The festival is scheduled to be held on March 7,8 and 9.
The inspection was conducted by KHADC Deputy CEM, Pynshngaiñ N Syiem, officials from the PWD department, Police Officers and other MDCs.
After a hiatus of 8 years, the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) is all set to revive the renowned ‘Monolith Festival’, at the Khasi Heritage Village in Mawphlang.
