The announcement was made during a press conference held at Marwari Hospital’s premises in Guwahati’s Athgaon, where hospital authorities shared the achievement of the organization. Originally established as the Fancy Bazar Outdoor Dispensary in 1916, Marwari Hospitals expanded over the years, adding a maternity wing in 1985 and a multispecialty block in 2002. Renowned for its quality services at affordable rates, the hospital now serves over 200,000 beneficiaries annually.
Marwari Hospitals offers various schemes for people from the weaker section of the society, including free hospitalization for patients in the General Ward. Services such as Dialysis, ICU, and surgeries are provided at competitive rates, ensuring accessibility for all.
