Shillong, Feb 2: David A Nongrum, MLA of Mawryngkneng Constituency breathed his last this morning at NEIGRIHMS. Nongrum age 41, suffered from Cardiac Arrest, as per sources.

David A Nongrum son of Charles Pyngrope a Senior Legislator, was first elected as an Independent MLA from Mawryngkneng Constituency in the year 2013.
