Shillong, April 07: An accident that occurred in Jaïaw Langsning, Shillong on Saturday has become the talk of the town, especially after viral CCTV footage captured the incident. The footage shows a Hyundai Creta overtaking another vehicle and colliding with a Yamaha FZ bike, sending the rider airborne.

Despite the severity of the impact, the biker fortunately sustained only minor injuries.

However, after the accident, questions arose when it was discovered that the Hyundai Creta involved was fully tinted, a practice banned by the Supreme Court of India since 2012.

Adding to the mystery, the vehicle in question bears a registration plate ML-05-Z-6714. Surprisingly, according to Regional Transport Office (RTO) records, this plate number is registered to a YAMAHA CYGNUS RAY ZR (two-wheeler) owned by someone named Banshanlang Majaw.
