Shillong, Apr 28: Tokdir Sintang, a resident of CID Quarter, Shillong has been arrested on Friday for alleging torturing and beating his wife and kids.

The accused is currently in custody at Rilbong Outpost. As per report, the wife initially refused to file any complaints against her husband believed to have been threatened by him.

The wife and children were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
