Guwahati, Mar 6: The Chairperson of Media and Publicity department of Congress Party, Pawan Khera has slammed the Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma by calling him “Gaddar”.
While addressing a press conference at Rajiv Bhawan in Guwahati, opposition leader, Khera slammed Himanta Biswa Sarma by saying that, “we accept him as ‘Gaddar’. The person who could not be ours, how will he be theirs. He calls himself ‘Mama’ of Assam, there was one another ‘Mama’ from Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj Chauhan. What has happened to him? It will be the same for Himanta Biswa Sarma. For this sort of ‘Gaddar’, there is not much to say. But the person who betrayed the Congress, how can we expect him not to betray Narendra Modi.”
While interacting with media AIUDF leader accused congress leaders of having a tacit understanding with Himanta which is the reason they don’t come together
The Chief Minister of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma in his address during the joining ceremony of Rana Goswami former working President of Congress to Bharatiya Janata Party, stated that, after 400 win this time, congress will segregate to state regional parties.
The national status of congress party will no longer exist.”
However, reacting to this matter, the Veteran Congress leader, Khera said that “Himanta Biswa Sharma tries to keep contact with Congress, he is afraid that if BJP loses, where will he go. We won’t take him back, don’t worry. Many BJP leaders are in contact with the congress. Himanta Biswa Sarma has learned a habit of speaking lies after joining the BJP, how much lies the Prime Minister speaks, Himanta tries to do more. After BJP has announced its list many BJP leaders are in contact with us.
