Shillong, March 11: The bridge connecting Pariong to Shillong collapsed on Monday morning, causing one truck to fall into the river while crossing.

The bridge, located in Larem Village, connects Pariong to Shillong and Nongstoiñ.

The incident occurred around 8:30 AM.

No casualties have been reported in the incident.
