Shillong, Oct 11: Shillong based football club Ryntih FC’s I-League qualifiers campaign came to an end on Monday as they suffered their second defeat against Madan Maharaj FC in the first round in the qualifying round in Bengaluru.

Ryntih, who fielded all locals from the state, showed full composure but lack of experience has cost them their place in the I-League.

Rajasthan United FC defeated Ryntih SC 3-2 at the Bangalore Football Stadium on October 4 in the opening match of the I-League Qualifiers 2021.

Ryntih will play their final and  consolation match against Bengaluru FC on October 13, 2021.
