Guwahati, June 14: In a shocking incident, Assam woman walked into a Bengaluru police station with her mother’s body stuffed into a trolley suitcase.

The woman identified as Sonali Sen, 39, is a physiotherapist by profession from Assam. She stepped into the police station on Tuesday with the trolly suitcase at 1 p.m. She admitted to killing her mother.

She had taken an autorickshaw to reach the police station with the trolly suitcase.

A photo that has now gone viral on social media shows, body, and a framed photograph of the dead woman’s spouse inside the luggage.

The incident is said to have taken place at the Mico Layout police station, and the lady was apprehended after she surrendered in the police station.

However, the deceased woman has been identified as 71-year-old Biva Pal.

The accused woman lives with her husband and claims that she murdered her mother by suffocating her with a towel.

Meanwhile, a case has been registered against Senali Sen for allegedly killing her mother and stuffing her body in a trolley bag. The incident occurred at a residential apartment in Bengaluru.

MICO layout Police said, “Body was brought to the Police Station on Tuesday and a case has been booked against daughter Senali Sen(39) under section 302 of IPC along with other sections.”
