Shillong, May 12: St. Xavier’s College, Umoid, mesmerized the audience with the rendition of the timeless classic, “The Sound of Music”. The students of the college showcased their talent and dedication through the performance.
Dr. Sunny Augustine S.J. Principal, of St. Xavier’s College extended warm welcome to Teibukton Lyngdoh Tongkhar, and all attendees, for their presence. Addressing the gathering he emphasized on the significance of music in lives.
Teibukton Lyngdoh commended the exceptional performance, and applauded the discipline and professionalism displayed by the budding artists. He lauded the College for consistently achieving excellence, both extra curricular activities and in academics as well.
The musical performance was a testament to the college’s commitments to nurture holistic development and foster a culture of artistic excellence, he stated.
