As part of the Closing Ceremony of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of Tura Diocese, five Deacons – Dn Anthony Marak SDB, Dn Thomas Ch Sangma, Dn Parciush R Marak SJ, Dn Martin A Sangma, and Dn Bromeo Ch Marak SDB were ordained to Priesthood by Most Reverend Bishop Andrew R Marak, Bishop of Tura. The ordination ceremony was held at Don Bosco School Playground, Chandmari, Tura.
