Kshitij Singhania played the innings of his young career but was unfortunately denied a deserved century as he ended on 94 not out on Saturday when Meghalaya were beaten by an innings and 217 runs by Baroda in the U-19 men's Cooch Behar Trophy at the MCA Ground in Polo here on Saturday.
Batting first after losing the toss, Meghalaya played out their allotted 20 overs but could only manage 65/8, which Baroda chased down for the loss of three wickets in 5.2 overs of ferocious hitting.
