Frustrated by years of official inaction, residents of Chinvan village in Arunachal Pradesh's Longding district on Sunday repaired a dilapidated Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) road on their own, exposing the poor condition of rural connectivity in the area.
