6 Officers and 9 personnel of Meghalaya Civil Defence & Home Guards Organization were awarded Commendation Disc and Certificate from the Director General Civil Defence, Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), New Delhi on the eve of the 61st Raising Day of Civil Defence and Home Guards.
