Meghalaya lost to Manipur by seven wickets in their Women's U-19 One Day Trophy match in Surat on Thursday while the U-19 men's team lost by 346 runs to Bengal in their first match of the Vinoo Mankad Trophy season in Vijayawada.
Meghalaya were defeated by Pondicherry by 131 runs in their BCCI Women's U-19 One Day Trophy match in Surat on Tuesday but not without showing some marked improvements.
Cricket returned to Meghalaya with the start of the U-19 Girls Inter District Cricket Tournament, organised by the Meghalaya Cricket Association, on Wednesday.
