In a continued effort to bridge the skill gap and promote employability among youth, Dalmia Bharat Foundation (DBF), the CSR arm of Dalmia Bharat Ltd. (DBL), marked a significant milestone in Meghalaya with its DIKSHa skill training initiative.
Dalmia Bharat Foundation (DBF), the CSR arm of Dalmia Bharat Ltd. (DBL), has established its second DIKSHa Centre in Thangskai, Luhmshnong, Meghalaya. The new centre will offer hands-on technical training in the Assistant Electrician course, with the annual capacity of 120 trainees.
With the aim of enhancing employability and bridge the skill gap, Dalmia Bharat Foundation (DBF) has introduced a new course on Domestic Data Entry Operator at its Common Service Lab (CSL) in the remote area of Lumshnong in East Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya.
