Assam director general of police (DGP) GP Singh on Tuesday informed that as many as 24 policemen in the state have been dismissed from service since February this year.
The Director General of Police (DGP) of Meghalaya, Dr LR Bishnoi on Monday said that the Border Security Force (BSF) personnel stationed in the bordering areas of the state requires a close-coordination with the locals residents to overcome any misconceptions or misunderstandings.
