The NCC Car Rally North Eastern Region, that has been going on since November 6, 2023 to celebrate 75 years of NCC, was flagged in on Friday by Jagdish Chelani, Deputy Commissioner of West Garo Hills, at the Don Bosco college, Tura.
The District Magistrate of West Garo Hills, Jagdish Chelani, has issued an order informing that all educational institutes in Tura Municipal Area (Tura Town) will remain closed on Tuesday (July 25).
The International Yoga Day 2023 was organised in Wednesday at Don Bosco Jr College, Tura Meghalaya. The Yog Divas was organised by the India tourism, Shillong (Incredible India) in collaboration with A'chik Tourism Society and supported by the District Administration West Garo Hills.
