Tipra Motha Party (TMP) supremo Pradyot Bikram Manikya Deb Barman, who along with his two party leaders on Saturday signed a tripartite agreement with the Centre and the Tripura government in the national capital, said that within the next six to eight months, the pending problems and issues facing the tribals of the state will be resolved.
Tripura Chief Minister, Dr. Manik Saha, and key ministers including Sushanta Chowdhury (Tourism and Transport), Santana Chakma (Industries and Commerce), and Bikash Debbarma (Tribal Affairs) came together to greet the Governor designate.
On Tuesday, he took time out from his busy schedule to perform a successful operation on one of his former students, an MBBS doctor, who had suffered a Right Sub-Condylar fracture in a recent two-wheeler accident.
During this special visit, Chief Minister Saha engaged with the inmates, showing genuine concern for their well-being, and further brightened their day by personally distributing fruits as a kind gesture.
During the celebration, the Chief Minister emphasized that the safety and security of women have always been paramount concerns for his administration. He highlighted the proactive measures taken by the government to address these issues.
