In an endeavour to promote menstrual awareness amongst adolescent girls, MLA of Gambegre Dr Mehtab Chandee A Sangma has initiated a campaign by organising several programmes in schools within Gambegre.
Dr. Mehtab Chandee A Sangma, the newly elected legislator from Gambegre, has won the seat with overwhelming margin of over 4500 votes. As for the reason for such a big win, she has attributed it to people’s need for development and change.
Dr Mehtab Chandee A. Sangma, the wife of Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma, has created history by breaching the Congress fortress in Gambegre and winning the seat by a huge margin of over 4500 votes. To be exact, it is 4594 votes.
