A drug peddler was arrested with three soap boxes full of suspected 33.47 gram heroin in a successful operation on Sunday evening by Juria Police against contraband drugs.
Upon searching the suspects, the police found 14 suspected YABA tablets and a significant amount of cash in their possession. The arrests were made as part of the ongoing efforts to crack down on drug trafficking in the region.
It is also suspected that these drug peddlers were sourcing drugs from distributors based in neighbouring States and have accumulated lot of wealth by peddling drugs.
