A motorcyclist identified as Rakseng M Sangma, hailing from Balachanda in Rajabala and approximately 40 years old, was severely injured on Sunday when he was struck by an overspeeding dumper truck while traveling from Rajabala to Chokpot.
In a tragic turn of events, Garo Hills has been rattled by two devastating accidents involving dumpers within a short span of time. The first incident resulted in a 14-year-old girl losing one of her legs, and now, another victim is fighting for his life in a hospital in Tura.
