Speaking in the Assembly, he proudly shared that the shirt he was wearing was made from Eri silk, dyed using natural turmeric-based colors, and produced in Meghalaya.
It's a double honour for Eri Silk which is known as the world’s only vegan silk. After getting a GI Geographical Indication (GI) tag, it has now got Oeko-Tex Certification.
