The Hynniewtrep Youth Council (HYC) on Monday sought clarification from the Ganesh Das hospital following alleged charging of exorbitant rates for availing treatment at the new Natal Intensive Care Unit.
The Meghalaya Lokayukta on Tuesday issued an order directing the state Housing department to maintain status quo in its godowns and mustn’t lift, distribute or substitute aluminium roofing sheets.
