The Khasi Students Union of the Nongpoh Circle met Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ri Bhoi, Arpit Upadhyay on Monday to apprise him of the complaints regarding the overcharging of school textbooks by handful of bookstores in Ïew Mawlong, Nongpoh.
Following complaints of depilated road and drainage system and leakage pipes along the Them Iew Mawlong road, South Shillong constituency legislator Sanbor Shullai conducted an inspection of the area on Saturday.
