A game-changing ₹145 crore initiative named iSPEED (INROAD Skilling and Production Efficiency Enhancement Drive) was launched in Guwahati on Tuesday under Project INROAD, targeting over 2 lakh smallholder rubber growers in the Northeastern states and West Bengal.
