Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma on Friday said that the state government is bridging the gap between demand and supply for overseas job placements by connecting the youth with trusted agencies. He assured government’s full support arising out of such challenges to help the youth of the state grab the opportunities.
Informing this on Tuesday, Director General of Police Dr LR Bishnoi said, “This will be the largest recruitment in the history of Meghalaya police. The Meghalaya police will be further strengthened by more than 3,000 personnel.”
Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma said on Wednesday that the government is examining the entire job recruitment process to come up with a comprehensive policy to bring reforms to the system.
