The Meghalaya High Court on Tuesday directed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to furnish the final list of witnesses of the 2009 infamous education job scam.
Tura resident and former chairman of the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC), Rakesh Paul, is among 32 other accused who have been found guilty, on Monday, by a Special Court in connection with the illegal recruitment of Agriculture Development Officers (ADOs) in what has been dubbed Assam’s cash-for-jobs scam.
