KHADC EM In-charge Market, Grace Mary Kharpuri, on Thursday said the district council has decided to fully implement The Khasi Hills Autonomous District (Establishment, Management and Control of Markets) (Second Amendment) Regulation, Act 2021, which seeks to protect the interest of the farmers in the region.
