The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday released a ten-point manifesto assuring to empower traditional heads, financial assistance to single mothers and regulating mining within six months if elected to power in the two autonomous district councils (ADCs) in Khasi and Jaintia Hills region, which are going for polls on February 21.
The key pledges in the manifesto is that BJP vows to enhance infrastructure along Indo-China, Indo-Pakistan, and Indo-Myanmar borders, leveraging technological solutions for smarter fencing.
