The Chief Executive Member (CEM) of the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC), Pyniaid Sing Syiem, has emphasized his concerns about preventing another site from becoming a dumping ground like Marten, or another river suffering the fate of Umkhrah River or Umshyrpi River.
