The Manipur government has taken a decisive action by organising protest demonstration across all assembly constituencies in the state against the distressing viral video showing the brutal torture and public humiliation of two women by an unruly mob.
The arrests of the 19 individuals followed a complaint at Gamnom Saparmeina police station in Kangpokpi district of Manipur by the owner of the gas agency.
