Tynsong was appointed as NPP state president on Tuesday after NPP national president Conrad K Sangma accepted Kharlukhi’s resignation on Monday (October 30, 2023).
National People’s Party (NPP) national president and chief minister Conrad K Sangma on Friday said selection of candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls will be based on ‘winnability factor’.
Shangpliang was welcomed by Chief Minister and Party President, Conrad K. Sangma, Dy CM and National Vice President, Prestone Tyngsong, Dy CM in charge of Urban, Sniawbhalang Dhar, and other party officials at the party headquarters in Shillong.
