Rajya Sabha MP and NPP state president WR Kharlukhi on Friday questioned the National Green Tribunal (NGT) for banning coal mining in Meghalaya but failed to take action on the Delhi air pollution.
“He (Shangpliang) has expressed his keen interest to join the NPP. So let him first join the party (then we will discuss the ticket for the Shillong seat),” Dhar told reporters.
