The Monsoon Session of the Rajya Sabha has been facing disruptions and protests due to differences between the Opposition and the government regarding the discussion on the Manipur situation.
Union Minister and Leader of the House in Rajya Sabha, Piyush Goyal, said on Monday that discussions on Manipur will be held in Parliament today at 2 p.m.
