Pema Khandu, who won the recently held state assembly elections unopposed, took oath on Thursday as the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh for the third consecutive term.
Khandu was unanimously chosen as the legislature party leader in the presence of two central party observers, Ravi Shankar Prasad and Tarun Chugh, who arrived in Itanagar for the occasion.
