The special cover, stamp and envelope of the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) was released on Monday at a two-day 'Philatelic Exhibition Meghapex 2024' organized by the Department of Posts in collaboration with the Meghalaya Postal Division at the State Convention Centre.
