Three days after India suspended the Indus Waters Treaty (IWT) of 1960, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma launched a scathing attack on former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru, calling his decision to sign the treaty "one of the greatest strategic blunders in India's history."
