The Meghalaya Industrial Development Corporation Ltd (MIDC) on Wednesday announced its decision to withdraw and cancel the proposed land acquisition at Umisang-Mawkdoh in Ri Bhoi district due to recent developments and unwarranted narrative surrounding the proposal.
