The Hynniewtrep Youth Council (HYC), West Khasi Hills, along with the Dorbar Shnong of Riwiang on Friday shut down the Ferro Alloy factory located at Riwiang, Nongstoiñ after allegations surfaced that a woman had been kidnapped by a non-tribal employee of the factory.
