Mahasankar Majumdar, a scientist from the Muga Eri Silkworm Seed Organization (MESSO) at the Central Silk Board's P4 Seed Station in Mendipathar in North Garo Hills District in Meghalaya has won the prestigious Best Scientist Awards.
