Deputy Chief Minister and NPP national vice president Sniawbhalang Dhar has said party feedback shows KAS president Dr DRL Nonglait, the NPP’s choice for the upcoming Lok Sabha byelection, has been “accepted by all”.
The BJP has not finalised its candidate for the upcoming Shillong Lok Sabha byelection, with party chief spokesperson M Kharkrang on Wednesday stating that a decision will be taken only after the election is officially declared.
