Supreme Court Judge Ujjal Bhuyan on Sunday graced the campus of the University of Science and Technology Meghalaya (USTM) and delivered a thought-provoking talk on “Constitution: Equality and Democracy” and said that independence of the judiciary is a basic and essential feature of the Constitution.
