The state of Meghalaya is grieving the untimely demise of Syed Md. A. Razi, IRTS, Principal Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, who passed away in Uzbekistan during a personal trip. Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma expressed his sorrow, calling it "a very unfortunate and very sad" event.
