Deputy Commissioner of West Garo Hills Jagdish Chelani on Thursday unveiled the plaque to mark the inauguration of the Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF) at Tura Civil Hospital in presence of Sr Psychiatrist cum Nodal Officer, ATF Dr. Bollen Sangma.
