East Khasi Hills SP Sylvester Nongtnger on Friday said police has never stopped the vehicle belonging to the opposition Voice of the People Party (VPP) legislator from Nongkrem, Ardent Miller Basaiawmoit, during checking against the use of black films at Mawlai area recently.
Deputy Chief Minister in-charge Commerce & Industries, Sniawbhalang Dhar, on Friday said 11 out of 15 cement plants have set up their factory in their own land.
