PA Sangma stadium wall damage: HSCL to take the final call, says chief engineer BM Syiem

A day after the retaining wall of PA Sangma stadium was damaged, the chief engineer of state sports council of Meghalaya, BM Syiem on Friday said that in this particular project, a MoU was signed between Department of Sports and Youth Affairs, Government of Meghalaya and Hindustan Steel Works Construction Limited (HSCL) to execute the work on behalf of the Government department.
