Justice served as rape accused gets 7 years imprisonment

Kyrshanlang Sungoh of Mookhap Village, West Jaiñtia Hills, was found guilty of rape under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and sentenced to seven years of rigorous imprisonment. The case, registered as Jowai P.S Case No. 165(09)2010 U/S 376 IPC, dates to 2010.
