Tura, June 01: Both the First Division and Second Division matches of the Tura Football League were played on Friday at the Chandmari Football Turf. Dura Wasa won against Chada United SA in the Second Division, while Babelapara SYC defeated Danakgre YSCA in the First Division.
In the Second Division, Dura Wasa secured a 2-1 victory over Chada United SA, with both goals scored in the first half. Chinovem Momin netted the first goal in the 18th minute, followed by Jastin R Marak scoring the second in the 28th minute. Balsrang Marak of Chada United SA scored their sole goal in the 42nd minute of the second half.
Walkan Marak of Chada United SA received a yellow card in the 29th minute, and Galseng Marak was shown a red card in the 47th minute.
In the First Division, Babelapara SYC triumphed over Danakgre YSCA with a 2-0 victory, both goals coming in the first half. Lastine Sangma scored in the 24th minute, and Jaksambal Marak added another in the 40th minute. Despite having some clear chances, Danakgre YSCA was unable to convert them into goals. No yellow cards were issued during this match.
